Foraging Terms & Conditions

EVENT TIMES & REQUIREMENTS

This event will begin promptly at 10am and run until 3pm. Please allow enough travel time to arrive 15 minutes before the start time. Participants should bring a packed lunch or alternatively there will be food and drink facilities on site. Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear appropriate footwear for walking. Please inform Coeur Sauvage Ltd prior to the event of any relevant medical conditions, mobility issues as well as any allergies or intolerances.

COLLECTION OF FORAGED ITEMS

Samples collected during the event are primarily for learning purposes and will be laid out and labelled for participants to photograph and record. We do not aim to collect large quantities of any species. However, if some species are found in large quantities, then picking for home use may be allowed. This will be at Coeur Sauvage Ltd.’s discretion and dependant on factors such as sustainability and land access.

PETS & CHILDREN

Pets are not permitted to attend the event. Our foraging courses are not designed for children under 12 years of age unless stated otherwise.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you fail to attend or cancel your booking within 14 days of the event, Coeur Sauvage Ltd. is under no obligation to refund, rebook or reinstate vouchers. If you cancel your booking prior to 14 days of the event start date, you will receive a full refund (or reinstatement of voucher) less 5% to cover PayPal fees. Please allow up to 14 days to receive your refund.

In the unlikely event that Coeur Sauvage Ltd cancels the event, you will receive a full refund, exchange or voucher. Whilst we endeavour to ensure that all courses go ahead as scheduled, there may be occasions where unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather or illness will affect this. If an event is cancelled, we will aim to give as much notice as possible. Coeur Sauvage Ltd will only be responsible for the cost of the event price and are not liable for any further costs incurred by the participants such as travel, accommodation etc.
