With an abundance of lush riverside greens in the spring to abundant mushrooms in the autumn, we offer you a chance to learn where to start and how to progress on your foraging journey.

Coeur Sauvage are experts with years of experience in supplying the UK’s finest restaurants with premium, wild, Scottish produce, and work alongside councils and landowners to ensure sustainable practices. We would love to share this expertise with our guests to promote foraging as a hobby and lifestyle available to all!

Courses will include a 3-hour guided group walk, a meal of pre-prepared foraged treats, and conclude with a guided ID session, with recommendations of good books and websites and recipe inspiration.
