b)We do not accept liability for any loss (direct, indirect or consequential) which may arise from reliance on information contained on this website, or in respect of any error or omission.

a)The description and specification of products on the website is only approximate and we reserve the right to make changes which do not materially affect the quality or performance of those products.

b)We may correct any error appearing on the website or withdraw any product from sale without incurring liability. Price and availability are also subject to change without notice.

4. Ordering Products

a)You may order products from the website by submitting an order through the checkout process.

b)We will confirm acceptance of your order by email to the address you have given and the sending of this email (whether or not it is received) makes the contract between us.

5. The Price and Payment

a)The price of the products will be the price quoted on the website at the time we accept your order. The price will include any applicable VAT, but not the cost of delivery.

b)In addition to the price, you will have to pay our delivery charges as quoted on the website at the time we accept your order – unless you qualify for free delivery. The amount of these charges varies according to the method of delivery, items in the order, and the delivery address you specify in your order.

c)Payment is made by PayPal at the time we accept your order. Refunds will generally be made by means of a credit to your original payment method.

d)Although every care is taken in the quality of content on this site, there may occasionally be an error and items may be mispriced. In this event we will either: contact you to ask if you wish to cancel the order, or simply cancel the order and notify you, at our own discretion. We are under no obligation to supply goods at the incorrect price.

e) An invoice for your order will be sent electronically to the email address provided once your order is despatched.

6. Delivery of Products

a)We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method and to the address which you specify during the checkout.

b) We offer the following delivery methods:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £3.99

Courier Next Day Delivery – £8.99 (+VAT if applicable)

c) We only dispatch our orders Monday to Thursday in order to avoid parcels being stored at delivery depots over the weekend. Orders placed before 12 o’clock (noon) will be dispatched the same day. Any order placed after that time will be dispatched the next working day.

d) We send our courier orders using APC Overnight services, however we reserve the right to change the courier provider at any point.

e) We reserve the right to split your order into multiple packages, if required. This will not impact the delivery charge paid.

f)If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products (unless it is fresh produce), but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges. If you had ordered fresh produce, which couldn’t be delivered, we won’t be able to refund the order.

g)If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 7 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.

7. Returns and Refunds

We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase. However, if you change your mind or ordered a product by mistake, any unused dried products and accessories, with its seals intact and in their original condition, can be returned within 30 days of purchase. If you changed your mind and want to return an order or an item to us, you will be responsible for the cost of postage and a safe return of the products to us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of fresh produce, unless they have quality issues.

Your refund will be processed once we have received your returned items (if applicable). Please allow 5 working days for your refund.
We will issue a refund to the payment method used to pay for the order.
