Dried Cordyceps



Cordycep mushrooms (Cordiceps militaris) are becoming more and more popular in the Western culture due to their health benefits as well as unusual looks which often intrigue their consumers. 


Cordyceps have been used in Chinese traditional medicine for a long time due to various health benefits. They are a great mushrooms supplement and can be used whole as well as powdered depending on the recipe. Our dried cordyceps can be powdered in a blender or using pestle and mortar.  


Cordyceps are often used in soups, risottos, pastas and omelettes. To rehydrate, soak dried mushrooms in hot water for 30 minutes. Squeeze out the water and add to your recipe as required.

Storage Information

Store in a resealable bag provided or an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

Dry mushrooms can be stored for several years, however we recommend using them within 6 months from opening.
