Dried Morels



Dried morel mushrooms are a prized ingredient in many cuisines, especially French. They are highly sought after for their taste, which is nutty, meaty and rich. They add a lot of depth to a wide range of dishes, and are excellent stirred through a sauce, gravy or soup.


To rehydrate, simply soak in hot water or stock for 15-20 minutes until they have swelled in size and are soft. You will end up with instant, rich mushroom stock, which should be strained through a sieve or a muslin cloth to remove dirt.

Note: This product is packed on premises where wild nuts, wild seeds, wild mustard, wild celery, crustaceans & molluscs (present in minute quantities in seaweed) are handled.


Storage Information

Store in a resealable bag provided or an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

Dry mushrooms can be stored for several years, however we recommend using them within 6 months from opening.
